The Super Semi-Automatic Enhanced (SSA-E), which is based on the chassis of the Geissele SSA, offers improved trigger control and weapon accuracy while retaining the durability and dependability of the two-stage trigger that has been successfully used in combat. The SSA-lighter E’s first and second stage pull weights produce a trigger with a crisp, candy-cane-like second stage break and a smooth, light first stage take-up.

It features a straightforward design like the trigger on the first M16. All springs are captive, so they won’t escape during disassembly, and there are no free adjustment screws.  Without removing the safety, the entire trigger can be dismantled for cleaning and installed.

When accuracy and dependability of the weapon are crucial, the SSA-E is the best choice for use in precise Squad Designated Marksman type rifles. It also has a non-adjustable drop in trigger.
