The P2000 is the first of numerous new additions to the Heckler & Koch handgun lineup, and it combines elements of the popular HK USP Compact pistol with the most recent developments made by HK engineers. The P2000 is an improved version of a design made for numerous European police organizations and has a conventional double-action/single-action trigger mechanism.

The P2000 can be adjusted to fit every shooter’s hand thanks to a pair of straightforward-to-install modular grip panels. Both right-handed and left-handed shooters can easily and naturally operate the P2000 thanks to its ambidextrous magazine release and twin slide release levers.

A wide range of lights, laser aimers, and accessories can be added to the P2000 simply sliding them onto the open rail system thanks to industry standard mounting rails. The HK P2000 uses dependable and widely accessible USP Compact magazines and has the same recurved, hook trigger guard as the USP Compact.
