Will my firearm ship to my home?

By virtue of federal law, each firearm must be delivered to the owner of an active Federal Firearms License. We can deliver to the nearby FFL of your choice. After your purchase, your preferred FFL sends us the license, citing your name and order number. Normally a firearm is not supposed to be delivered at your home address but not worry cause we cut through all hard nuts and easy to receive a firearm at your door step discreetly.

How Do I Place an Order with Solid Arms?

All Solid Arms pages have a link in the top-right corner that leads to our buying cart. When you shop further, you can add the products you want to buy to this cart. You are not required to buy something just because you put it in your cart. Later, you can remove the item from your cart. Browse our categories or use the search bar to look for an item to add to your shopping cart. Click “add to cart” when you see something you want to buy. After your cart is full of everything you want to buy, click “See Cart & Checkout” to finish placing your order. How Do I Calculate My Shipping Cost before Submitting an Order?

All orders are shipped through UPS, DHL, or USPS. Your shopping basket should contain the items you want to buy. At the top right corner, select “View Cart & Checkout” next. PLEASE NOTE: All handguns above $500 will ship UPS 2nd Day Air for Free. All long guns will be shipped for free via UPS Ground. Options for expedited shipment are available at an extra fee. According to UPS Live Prices depending on weight and destination, accessories and ammunition will be shipped. Ammo must be shipped UPS Ground and cannot be expedited.

PLEASE NOTE: Purchases that are eligible for free shipping will be sent to the address that the buyer first gave (or, if the item is a firearm, the address on your dealer’s FFL). The customer must confirm that the dealer will accept the transfer and will be available to receive the package(s), as they might be out of town, ill, or temporarily closed. If a package must be diverted, the customer is responsible for charges incurred at a rate of $18 per box.

How Long doet it Normally Take to Receive My Order?

If we have the FFL information for your purchase, processing times for firearm orders before shipping are typically one to three business days. After we receive your money, non-firearm orders typically ship out one to three business days later.

PLEASE NOTE: Actual delivery times are different from processing times.

A valid copy of your dealer’s FFL (Federal Firearms License) is required if we are delivering you a firearm before we can ship your weapon. PLEASE NOTE: These processing times may lengthen during periods of high order traffic.

How Do I Knoe tha YOU Received My Order?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number after we receive your order at the email address you gave us for your account. You will receive a second email with your tracking number once your order has been sent.

How can I Track My Shipment?

Open the email containing the tracking number to find out where your package is. To track your order, click on the provided link.

Will I be Charged Sales Tax?

Depending on your home state, tax may be assessed as a result of changes to the sales tax laws during the last couple of years. Your location determines the tax’s calculation.

I live Outside the United States, can I Still Place an Order?

Solid Arms is able to ship firearms out of the United States and we equally have other branches in Europe, Canada and Australia. 

Is there a Warranty on Products that I Purchase?

Products from Solid Arms come with a warranty from the manufacturer. To learn about the manufacturer’s warranty policy, we advise you to contact them. The Customer Service Plan from Solid Arms is an option. On the product page, where you can choose to add an extra service, you can discover further information.

Do You Need A Special License To Order?

No, you don’t need a special license to buy from us. Several of our products are subject to limitations, so we do ask that you familiarize yourself with local and state laws before placing an order with us.

Can I Add To My Order Once I Have Submitted To You?

Unfortunately, you cannot add more goods to your order after it has been placed. Automatic delivery of our orders to our warehouse for selecting and shipping. Any further things you might want to buy from Solid Arms will require a separate order.

How Long Does Item Stay On My Wishlist?

Your Wishlist will contain any item you add for a period of six months. The item will disappear from your Wishlist after six months.

I Don't Remember My Password, What Do I Do?

If you can’t remember your password, click “Forget Password” and fill out the required information with your email address. You will get an email with instructions on how to change your password after clicking “Reset Password.”

I Have Changed My Mind And Decided To Cancel My Order. Why Are You Charging Me A 10% Cancelation Fee?

Our bank processing fees and the administrative costs of changed orders are covered by the 10% cancellation charge. Your entire order will be subject to the 10% fee. The way our company is set up makes it difficult to cancel change orders. We regret having to impose these fees, but doing so is important to maintain our clients’ affordable costs.

I Need To Return An Item That I Ordered That Was Not The Correct Type/Size

Please check our Returns page and adhere to our return policies. Be informed that all sales of food and ammunition are final and neither are they eligible for return or refund.

What If A Product Description Is Incorrect?

Solid Arms does not guarantee that product titles, descriptions, or photographs are 100% correct because mistakes do happen occasionally with technology, as with most other things in life. Please get in touch with us before making a purchase if you have any questions about a particular item. Solid Arms has the right to fix any detected inaccuracies on our website.

Why Do Some Warehouses Show Different Prices?

We occasionally offer promotions independently and ship from different warehouses depending on many aspects including freight costs, one-time special purchases, overstocks, etc. A lower price does not necessarily imply use or flaws in the product or firearm. Regardless of the warehouse, the goods you receive will be the same despite price variations.
