Picking up your Firearm

Your chosen FFL dealer will get your purchased firearms. When it does, go to your FFL, thoroughly inspect the weapon, finish the background check, and pick up your new weapon!

How to select an FFL Dealer:

Ask the dealer what their fee is before picking up your firearm because they frequently impose a transfer fee. Please be aware that we cannot schedule your transfers. Prior to making a purchase, it is the customer’s responsibility to get in touch with the dealer to make sure they will accept the transfer and inquire about any requirements they might have.

HOW TO SPEED UP YOUR ORDER

If your dealer sends a copy of their FFL with your order, please make sure they mention both your name and your order number. Additionally, whenever you communicate with us, please remember to include your order number. Following completion of the checkout procedure, you will be given your order number.

We will process your order for dispatch as soon as we have the FFL for your purchase in hand. Please be aware that delivery times are different from processing times. Orders for firearms typically take 1 to 3 business days to process before shipping, provided we have the required FFL information.

INSPECTING YOUR FIREARM

Before completing the transfer, kindly take your time to thoroughly inspect all firearms at the FFL dealer. A brand-new firearm is regarded as used once it is given to you by the FFL, even though it has never been shot. As a result, we won’t be able to assure that the return will be accepted. Additionally, we DO NOT cover FFL transfer fees for returned goods. We are aware that some manufacturer flaws might not be noticeable at first glance. However, the firearm MUST be sent back to the manufacturer for replacement or repair if a problem is found AFTER the transfer is allowed (in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy). You can save on unnecessary transfer fees by returning a damaged firearm to the manufacturer instead of sending it back to us via your FFL dealer. If a transferred defective firearm is delivered to us, we will simply send the weapon on your behalf to the manufacturer. Firearms that have been fixed by the manufacturer may be delivered back to the client without additional FFL transfer costs. If the gun’s maker decides to replace it, the replacement gun must be transferred through an FFL dealer in your area in order to record the replacement gun’s serial number. If that happens, we won’t pay any further transfer fees.
